Nice write up, Bob. I lived in urban Chiba about 10 years ago, and I sometimes met entitled cyclists. I often quarreled with them since I refused to yield to such rude cyclists. I now live in rural area of Nagano where I meet very few cyclists, but when I visit Tokyo, it seems that cyclists are politer these days than before.
In case you missed, there was a good article in Jan Heine's blog: https://janheine.wordpress.com/2017/10/28/city-cycling-in-kyoto/ And, if you want to get a Riv step-through, you should definitely do so. And post pictures here. Takashi -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
