We’ve had great result with homeopathy for all kinds of things, though we’ve never had a baker’s cyst. I’d recommend looking into cell salts as a starting place (easy to do yourself, with a book) or work with a homeopath. Essentially, they help kick the body into gear to address what is going on. “Bioplasma” is all 12 cell salts in one go, which is a good place to start things off while ou figure out how to be more targeted.
