I wear Soft Star Hawthorne to work for Business Casual. They are made in the USA. They are higher end on price, but very well made and can be resolved. Soft Star also makes running shoes. I do not have to wear a suit to work so don't have to worry about dress shoes.

Vivobarefoot also makes more business casual shoes along with street type shoes. I wear flat shoes with no arch or heel because I have a high arch and a heeled shoes hurts the top of my foot.
