My Hillborne has been through numerous configurations. The Campee F27
front rack that I have installed right now is fairly heavy.

By my bathroom scale reckoning, we're at 26.8lbs as pictured with the
handlebar bag removed. That 26.8 pounds is with the Campee F27 rack, with
the fenders, with a Berthoud decaleur. Aluminum fenders weigh about a
pound. The rack and decaleur are probably over two pounds together. When
I had it set up more as a cross bike, with no fenders, no rack and no
decaleur, it was a hair under 24 pounds.
