I don’t phone because I could spend all day on the phone learning from the Riv people, and I’m across an international border, so calls are pricey. I did write as soon as someone mentioned it, but hadn’t before because I thought that when the bikes showed up and the shipping frenzy passed, there might be more info. Anyway, now there is.
