On a Big Front Rack, or on ANY Nitto Rack with a front reflector tab, I would always attach the dynamo headlamp to that front tab, using one of these:
https://www.rivbike.com/collections/lights/products/edelux-light-mounts A hanging Edelux might look a little goofy since the mount goes UP and then the lamp comes DOWN, but I would still put it there. In fact, my HubbuHubbuH tandem came with dynamo wheels and I have a Big Front Rack on there, and I am just about to pick a lamp. That's definitely where it's going, with that mount.
