I have been thinking about that question a lot over the last few days, Christopher. In terms of fit, I don't think there's much of a difference between the two.
The thing that stands out the most to me is ride quality. The Atlantis seems to do a better job at smoothing out road noise than the Rosco. It feels more stable as well, probably owing to the slightly lower BB and slightly longer chainstays than the Rosco. There's some psychological stuff going on as well when I ride the Atlantis that wasn't the case when I rode the Rosco. I have read over and over about the "magical feel" of the Atlantis, or something like that. And I agree with those assessments-- it is a darn fine riding bicycle. Confirmation bias? Maybe.
