Paong, I agree, for frames of 54cm and smaller, 650B allows better angles without TCO. If this was the only factor, then the AHH progression of 650B to 700C would be the "logical" choice. But not everyone is a "Spock", so many models seem to co-exist and must fulfill some folks requirements.
