650b brake setup: Tektro R559 sidepulls with Kool-Stop Thinline pads with Grand Bois 32 hole rims just barely reach on 650b. Synergy rims add a much needed extra mm of braking surface.
700c brake setup: I had Tektro R539's with A23 rims. Perfect brake reach for 700c. Lug lining: Original owner had a pro custom car/motorcycle(?) painter do it.
