Who's to say it does or not, since thee answer "depends" on the rider, bike, terrain, climate and all intangibles. So one answer just won't do, look at the Whole picture and you see it doesn't matter in that the Whole picture does not depend on anything "in" the picture since everything "in" the Whole picture is the Whole picture. There is only One Whole picture ☺
