B&M sells a saddle rail mount <http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/images/products/Lights/427SH.jpg> that seems to work. I've thought about this before since I also like the dyno tail light that is meant for the rear rack... unfortunately this precludes you from using any saddle bag.
