I have a pair of Schwalbe Big Apples you can have. Maybe some other 700C tires, but probably micro-knobbies. I don't understand the request for a long reach caliper, though, since the brake hole to rim distance is fixed by the bike. You also don't need to rely on theoretical measurements, since you can actually measure the clearances.
