My experience concurs with Jim's - we both have/had 1st-gen Legolai,
and BG RnR's just won't clear the (classic pinch point!) chainstays.

I'm currently running (RBW-sourced) Continental CrossRide 700x42's -
which are just at the limits but have served well on local fireroads
in both wet and dry conditions.
