I am almost certainly positive that would be Brian, who owns just such a bicycle and occasionally drops in to RBW Owners Bunch. I don't think he would mind me saying that he moved to Kingston from Beacon not too long ago, and opened a small bicycle shop, Utility Bicycle Works, at 228 Wall Street in Kingston. I haven't had a chance to stop in yet, he just opened within the last month, and Kingston is a bit of a hike. Stop in and say hello, he's a good guy!
