Look great, work great, the sizing description is spot on, I have small hands and bought the Large. They fit a bit loose (my preference), I could've gone Medium. I've never had any luck with padded anything on the bike; I'm a firm believer that if something hurts in the saddle/bar connection, you need a better position, better saddle or better bars. These unpadded gloves are fabulous at a fabulous price. The new fork crown t-shirts are pretty swell, too.
