OTOH, I can ride no hands on my Matthews with a (Jim G's calculator) flop factor of 19, with no problem; as easily as on my Rivendell Roads. The bike that's hard to ride no hands is my Dahon Hon Solo, which I hear tell is a very low trail (= low flop?) design.
I think other reasons are involved.
