Yes, the Pro's Closet generally sells on consignment and lowers prices over 
time when items don't sell.  Sometimes, they will offer a fixed payment 
upfront for people for whom immediate cash is worth more than the 
additional increment they may obtain through the consignment auction

I've done a number of transactions with them. They have a good reputation 
locally.
