Fop chariot is a pretty ridiculous insult; I've taken to calling my handbuilt frames (and the machines I built around them) "bespoke fop chariot(tm)"s (and a frame I replaced the rear triangle on as a sem-bespoke fop chariot) as a tip of the hat to the snob. Admittedly, I don't go quite as far down the rabbit hole as some of the bicycles as conspicuous consumption people and websites do, but poking fun at my own bicycle clutter isn't the most traumatic thing I've done to myself.
