i got a set of these recently in an ebay order from china, at least their 
bright but yeah, these are not practical for all the time usage.  i keep 
them in a bag on the bike for emergency night riding, but even then you 
need to keep the safety paper inside the batteries or they will still light 
up from the bike bouncing around!  so not very practical!
