There was a Riv email sent out today, showing Grant's personal Appaloosa, in Silver. I'm not a green-bike guy, so I deeply approve of the Silver. Several folks have run a Mark's Rack as a tiny rear rack, and that's clever. Several folks have gone out of their way to bolt a Mark's Rack to the fork crown of their Rivendell, because the fork crown kind of demanded it, and that's fine, too. Grant's bike has the same R14 rear rack on the back AND on the front. For whatever reason, that setup strikes me as a total genius move. I wish I'd thought of it.
