Patrick, 700 actually. I followed Grant's recommendation on the brakes after speccing the clearances that I was looking for. Sport Touring rig about sums it up, yes. I will most likely ride it sans racks for longer mixed terrain rides around Los Angeles. There are quite a few I have had my eye on for several years. From my house I can ride nice roads and fire roads all the way to the coast. I believe XO-1 took a group on many of those roads/trails last year on an epic. I'd love to throw some fat knobbies on a have a go at a good chunk of the MTB trails I have ridden hundreds of times. Should get some interesting looks, I'm sure.
> sweet! i assume clearance for 42s and long reach sidepulls was spec'd > for 650b, or no? and no mid-fork braze-ons, so a dedicated rear- > loader (or no-loader) - kind of a sport touring rig with very generous > clearances? looks fun!
