If I did not have the good bike mix I do now I would bid $1650.00 and
hope to spend a little less overall. This f/f has sat around, but has
not been built. JB paint is something special. The matching pump is
a cool add on.

One thing that may keep the price down, at least among the Riv-(and
Mixte) uninitiated is the lack of a stand over measurement. There is
a block of would be eBay bike buyers who put huge stock in stand over
height when deciding whether or not to bid.

I sold an MTB on eBay once and included no stand over height in the
description - reasonable, when one considers the design of an MTB. I
got a few inquiries about stand over, so printed a response to one
saying I have no idea how to come to a stand over measurement on a
mountain bike. I provided my height and leg length and also the mfg
recommendations. Nonetheless, I had several more stand over
inquiries, and a couple nasty grams for not coming clean in my answer.
