Anton, What is the purpose of the center hole? The outside holes, I assume, attach to the fender. Are there attachments beneath brake bridges for fender mounting? If so, I probably could have saved myself some trouble over the years.
Follow-up question, do these only work with center-pull/canti brakes? My Ram is sidepull and I could see this being handy but not feasible due to the distance between the brake bridge and the fender.
