I know a bunch of vendors have points promotions, and I'd add I recently took advantage of my past purchases from Rivendell when I pre-ordered the new MUSA shorts. It's a brilliant promotion. I also like that it doesn't go away.
Nothing down on Ben's cycle, but their points discount has a short life. It's literally been years since I bought tires from Bike Tires Direct, but in the past, have bought Paselas and tubies - their prices are good, their shipping works for me, and they even handled warranty for me on two Challenge tubulars. I have a set of rims arriving by UPS today. Thinking about it last night, was googling for the rim strips I'll need. The ones I wanted popped up a best price price I BTD, so I visited there. Checked my account, and I had $26 credit balance from my accrued points.
