I'm 70 years old. At age 68 I rolled a sew-up tire and ended in the hospital for three weeks with a hip replacement. I'm about 99% recovered and cycling again but I now have a less flexability in the leg so that throwing that leg over the saddle is difficult. Stuff happens!
