Hey gang, Gravel & Grind is a small Riv and Crust dealer (also do All City, Surly, etc) in Frederick MD. We are buried with custom builds, which is great, but we need another part time mechanic to keep up with work flow. Not looking for a run of the mill mechanic, and (no offense to good home mechanics, of which there are plenty out there!) we *need* someone with bike shop experience. Preferably lots of it. The builds we are doing range from 3-9k and the bikes need to be DIALED. We'll pay really well, better than most any shop in the area, for mechanic work that is good. Must know how to build a bike well, build wheels, prep frames, box bikes, deal with a hectic and fast paced work flow... Experience with fenders, lighting, racks, advanced hamburgalering a plus.
