The Yepp mini mount works with both threadless and threaded/quill stems. I
bought an additional adapter to put on my wife's quill stem bike, and we
can very quickly switch over the seat depending on who drops off the kid at
daycare. The seat in the instagram link is a bobike mini I believe. I don't
have direct experience with that model, but I think the mounting system is
similar to the Yepp's. It was a tossup between these two models, and we
decided to go with the Yepp mini due to color. I think either would work
well.
