Not super related, but it is nice when you can swap bikes. My lovely wife and I can do that. A couple of weeks ago I had a pal in town and went on my first ever 3 riv ride. We swapped bikes amongst each other throughout the ride. Only problem is my wife always likes my stuff better...but this is a thing that goes beyond bikes. She steals my socks, hats, shirts, jackets, etc. It is all in good fun!
