I've finished building a complete NOS 1993 RB-1 and now I'm wondering, having always hankered for a Rivendell, a Legolas in particular, if I should try to sell it and start fresh. Would the Riv ride much better? The Bridgestone was a frameset that a rep gave his cousin, was never built, and it sat in the garage for 22 years until I bought it. I put on a full NOS Dura-Ace 9 speed triple group with down tube shifters and Nitto bar, stem, etc. Ultegra Open Pro wheels. Looks like the frame will take 32c and after one short ride it's a great fit. But now as I'm waiting for spring, I'm doubting. What does anyone think? Thanks! Ps. I know the Legolas is different in many ways but it's the one I always wanted. Could be a Roadeo these days.
