How much actual rise does the RBW Bullmoose handlebar have? What is the vertical distance from the point where the stem exits the headset (assuming it's at max height) and the tops of the bar where you grip? I'm trying to figure out if it has enough rise for my bike. This illustration may explain what I'm looking for better than I can:
