I don't think that is ebay offering you expedited shipping for $300. That's a particular seller setting his own shipping policies. Him setting expedited shipping arbitrarily high is his way to get you to take his standard shipping. He probably forgot how to remove shipping options. Anyway that $16 price makes Rivendells $10 price look pretty good. I get it that you have to choose $16 shipped over $19 shipped, but if you could have pulled together an order that gets you free shipping from Rivendell, their pricing on many small parts are pretty darn good.
