I've notice frames on the outer edges of the bell curve of sizing tend to 
command a higher price, especially if the seller is patient. Add in 
variation of price to region, perception of value, and component 
differences, and this is on the upper end of reasonable from what I've 
seen. This looks like a fairly stock build (no Phil or similar upgrades), 
so upper end of upper perhaps. Grin.
