I'm a little late on this but wanted to add my two cents. I have a PBH of around 81 (haven't measured it exactly in a while) and have a 55 cm Bleriot. I have found it to be on the small side for me. Remember, Riv frames are center to TOP unlike many other standard frame measurements of center to center, which I usually take at 55 cm also. Add in that it is 650b size tires and I have the feeling that it is too small for me when I ride it, compared to standard c-c frames with 700c wheels.
I need to get the dust off of it and take some pictures so I can post it for sale here.
