I have Riv silver down tube shifters mounted on my Clem's standard issue shifter mounts. I think they're great! Mostly for the fact that the mount rotates, but they seem to hold well enough. And since they're already on your bike it would be an infinitely cheaper option than Paul's or the IRD mounts if you decide to swap out the shifters. -Kai Vierstra Brooklyn NY
