And then some. Grin. The main skill to learn is picking your line on 
rutted, pitted, and washboarded roads. I had 50mm Schwalbe Dureme (think 
hearty marathons), so not much cushion or pliability. My ride now is plush 
with 2.1" Racing Ralphs. Those or the TBs on an Atlantis, and you're golden.
