I believe the 174 is the Fairweather Allroad bar. I think all dimensions are identical to the noodle except for a shirter reach. I have one on my Saluki and love it. Paired with SRAM levers it provides enough reach without feeling like I'm falling over and includes the pull back towards the rider like the noodle.
