Not sure if using a stop top/campfire model is a change or a continuation of your current pattern. My ideas are electric.
My wife and I just use a percolator, specifically this one: https://www.amazon.com/Presto-02811-12-Cup-Stainless-Coffee/dp/B00006IV0Q/ It's just for heating water and not actually making coffee, which we do in an AeroPress. Two of those at once might suffice for you. If you want much larger capacity, you can always go for a commercial coffee urn.
