Fatherhood is pretty great, as far as I am concerned. My 3 year old daughter figured out the push bike this year. Last year she didn't want to try it - she was comfortable on her scooter, and we didn't push her. This year she was gung ho and blasting along after a couple of weeks. I find she doesn't want to do things where she doesn't feel like she is in control, but once she does, she is fearless. She now climbs to the top of all the play structures and then swings herself down, scaring all the other parents. But she won't do things until she is ready.
Her younger brother just turned 1 year, and he is also an adventure. On topic, they both love the bike seat and riding in a bike trailer together. I am stoked for our future riding adventures. Also trying to get their mom more comfortable on her beautiful Betty Foy. Merry Christmas!
