Treat yourselves to a stand... It revolutionized my wrenching enjoyment. Jeff and lum, thanks for sharing your rear lighting setups I'm always interested to see how folks make it work. On my Saluki I drilled holes in the lug windows of the down tube(where it meets the HT) and seat tube(at the BB). My light is fender mounted though. I really love the dyno front and rear experience.
