Over the years I've noticed that some people have disclaimer paragraphs in their signatures nere. I was wondering why people have them in their signatures if they're just posting here? Usually these disclaimer say something like "if you have received this electronic Transmission… "Or something like that. Sometimes it something more legal like "this electronic transmission is not endorsed by .… ". Just wondering what these things are and why people have them in their signatures? I'm guessing these people are contractually bound by current or former employersto put this disclaimer on all their electronic transmission?
