I doubt there is anyone in the USA that can do what Nitto does but maybe I'm
wrong. From past comments Grant has made I don't think there is anyone to blame
here. Grant has said previously that they did not have an exclusive agreement
with manufacturers- so the manufacturer (Nitto, MKS, Panaracer, etc) was free
to sell to other people. So who is to blame? Riv/Grant for not getting the
exclusive? The manufacturer for making and selling products? The seller with
the lower prices undercutting Riv? The buyer who buys from the seller with
lower prices (and maybe doesn't even know about the Riv connection)? Or no one?
I'd say no one but I'd also be agreeable to everyone.

Riv is going to do things different now. Hopefully this prevents the issue and
Riv gets the business (and design credit) they deserve.

Cheers!
Chris
