Yeah selling on CL is no fun at all. Between the scammers, the low ballers, the information seekers with no intention to buy, and flakes it really does get a bit frustrating! So sadly I go all Bird in hand when selling. Doesn't feel so nice but darn... My experience selling a Rivemdell has always seemed worse VERY low baller and info seeker heavy!
