Charlie R, Who did you email? If it were me I would call them. If I didn't want to call them I would probably use Brian first for all the emails I used to send Keven. For that particular bike I happen to know that Will had a hand in the design, so emailing Will with a couple compliments ought to get a promptish response. CC Roman just in case Will is out. If that's all too confusing pick up the phone. 😀
