This is a common problem. People who look at me would mostly think I'm a normal sized woman, I'm not 'big' by anyone's standard, and I'm 5'5". But when buying cycling or athletic clothes I usually have to get XL for the bottoms (and L for most tops). Imagine, I actually have hips ...and a butt! LOL! They come in handy for working one's way through a crowd. Lynne- I don't look ethereal enough for the Title Nine catalog either.
