I have no horse in this race, but I think you'd be happy with a 62. As I said, I have a (ever so slightly less than) 90 pbh and I run my 62 SimpleOne with 35mm knobby tires. Standover is totally fine and I'd have no issue running the max tire...even when riding on dirt.
