I came up with my own decaleur mounting, and you could attach your klick fix mount in a similar way. I used an old pump mount and Minoura Accessory Holder with Angle Adjustable LW-Clamp. You could move the mount from the stem to a lower bar position, by just using the Minoura clamp. They make some other versions that clamps to the bars or steerer.
