Others are exactly right that the cog spacing on Shimano 7 speed freewheels and cassettes are the same so the indexing can match up, but I think you will still need to re-adjust her rear derailleur after swapping the wheels, because the horizontal position of the clusters will be slightly different. Freewheels sit a bit more inwards towards the centerline of the bike, compared to 7spd cassettes on 8/9/10 bodies with a spacer. So, you'll need to unhook her rear derailleur cable, re-set the limit screws so the derailleur has an appropriate range of motion for the cassette, and then re-hook up the cable and adjust the derailleur so it indexes properly.
