The mfr rates it at "4". Does this mean it is more secure than the Tigr at "2"?
Does that same organization do all the ratings? And, what exactly do the numbers mean? Does anyone know? If indeed "4" is better than "2" in a way material to bike safety, this puck looks like a very good product at a very good price.
