This isn't really a Technomic stem. It's DX-Technomic stem (http://www.benscycle.com/p-2499-nitto-ntc-dx-technomic-deluxe-long-quill-stem.aspx). Between height of technomic (225mm), and regular stems which are usually 100mm in height.
