I have a canti-Sam and found that it dits 45 Smart Sams with fairly tight clearances at the chainstays. They even rubbed when I had a double kickstand. Fendered, I can fit 40 Mondials and Barlow Passes easily. I can't imagine getting 50's on that bike. There was an entry on the blug of a black Sam with 42 Rock n Roads and fenders. They had to cut the front fender to fit the tires.
